Abstract

This service was conducted through a qualitative approach with interviews as the primary instrument. The main objective of this service was to understand and study the psychological conditions of students, with an emphasis on identifying signs of stress and anxiety and the efforts made by Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) teachers to monitor and address students' psychological issues. The results of this service showed that most students experience normal psychological conditions; however, some students exhibited symptoms of stress and anxiety that require additional intervention. PJOK teachers play a crucial role in monitoring and supporting students in need, working closely with homeroom teachers and parents to ensure the overall well-being of students. This service highlights the need for teachers to better understand how to support students' psychological aspects in the educational environment and that collaboration among stakeholders is essential to comprehensively address students' psychological issues.
