Analisis Kebutuhan Literasi Dasar dan STEAM bagi Guru: Tantangan, Peluang, dan Rekomendasi dalam Pembelajaran di PAUD ‘Aisyiyah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi tantangan, peluang, dan kebutuhan dalam implementasi literasi dasar dan
STEAM di PAUD ‘Aisyiyah Kota Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi
kasus instrumental. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi.
Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis tematik berbantuan perangkat lunak NVivo. Kesimpulan
utama penelitian ini menekankan pada tiga aspek penting. Pertama, kebutuhan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru
untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis. Kedua, pentingnya penyediaan sarana pembelajaran yang memadai.
Ketiga, perlunya penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan komunitas pendidikan. Secara teoritis,
penelitian ini memperkaya literatur tentang penerapan STEAM pada tingkat PAUD di Indonesia, yang masih relatif
terbatas, dengan menawarkan perspektif kontekstual di lingkungan berbasis nilai Islam. Penelitian ini tidak hanya
memperkuat teori pendidikan PAUD namun juga membuka ruang untuk pengembangan model pembelajaran
inovatif yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan kontekstual dan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini
memberikan rekomendasi konkret terhadap komunitas praktik profesional antarguru PAUD ‘Aisyiyah untuk
berbagi pengalaman, merefleksikan praktik, dan mengembangkan kompetensi literasi dan STEAM secara kolektif.
Dengan dukungan kebijakan, sumber daya, dan pelatihan berkelanjutan, guru PAUD ‘Aisyiyah dapat menjadi
motor penggerak dalam mewujudkan pendidikan inklusif dan bermutu sejak usia dini, sebagaimana ditargetkan
dalam Agenda SDGs 2030
