LITERASI KEUANGAN SYARIAH DAN AKSESIBILITAS TERHADAP POLA PEMBIAYAAN SYARIAH DI KABUPATEN KUNINGAN

Abstract
This study explores the connection between Islamic financial literacy and how easily Micro, Small, and
Medium Enterprises (UMKM) can access Islamic financing in Kuningan Regency. Although UMKM are
crucial to Indonesia’s economy, their access to formal financing, especially from Islamic financial
institutions, remains limited. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, group discussions,
observations, and document analysis, the study finds that most UMKM are aware of Islamic financial
institutions but have a limited understanding of Islamic principles and contracts. Low literacy hampers
their confidence and ability to use Islamic financing effectively. The study concludes that improving
Islamic financial literacy is vital for increasing UMKM access to sharia-compliant funding.
Recommendations include ongoing literacy programs, expanded services from Islamic financial
institutions, and the use of Islamic fintech tailored to UMKM needs.

POSITIONING MIE GACOAN DI TENGAH PERSAINGAN KULINER LOKAL STUDI KASUS DI KABUPATEN KUNINGAN JAWA BARAT

Abstrak
This research analyzes the positioning strategy of Mie Gacoan in facing local culinary competition in
Kuningan Regency. The results show that Mie Gacoan has successfully positioned itself as a modern and
affordable brand targeting Gen Z and young families. Its success is supported by competitive pricing,
spicy food, and a comfortable, "instagrammable" restaurant atmosphere.Their marketing strategy
relies heavily on digital branding (TikTok & Instagram). Its presence has spurred innovation among
local MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), although it also creates pressure. Internal
challenges they face include long queues and limited menu variety.This research provides a theoretical
contribution on positioning strategy and digital consumer behavior, as well as practical
recommendations for business owners.

ANALISIS PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SDM PADA UMKM KULINER DI KABUPATEN KUNINGAN

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze training and human resource development (HRD) in micro, small, and
medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector of Kuningan Regency. MSMEs play a vital role in the
national economy but continue to face challenges in managerial competence, technical skills, and digital
literacy. This research employed a qualitative method using interviews, observations, and
documentation. The findings indicate that training facilitated by local governments and partners has
improved business management, digital marketing, and legal awareness. However, the effectiveness of
these programs remains limited due to low digital literacy, time constraints, and insufficient follow-up
mentoring. Therefore, this study recommends demand-driven training, digital literacy strengthening,
and multi-stakeholder collaboration to ensure sustainable HR development.

PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR KELURAHAN DI KECAMATAN CIGUGUR

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment on the job satisfaction of employees at the
Cigugur Subdistrict Office. The importance of this study is based on the crucial role of government
employees in providing public services, whose performance is greatly influenced by their level of job
satisfaction. The work environment, both physical (facilities) and non-physical (interpersonal
relationships), is considered one of the main factors that can shape employees' positive perceptions and
attitudes towards their work. The results of the study show that the work environment has a significant
and positive influence on employee job satisfaction. Non-physical factors such as harmonious
relationships between employees and support from superiors have been proven to have the most
dominant impact on increasing job satisfaction. Meanwhile, adequate physical facilities also play a role,
although not assignificant as non-physical factors. The conclusion of this study is that a conducive work
environment is key to increasing employee job satisfaction, which will ultimately have a positive impact
on the quality of public services.

PENGARUH KOMPENTENSI APARATUR DESA SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL DAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KUALITAS LAPORAN KEUANGAN DESA DI KABUPATEN KUNINGAN

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the influence of village officials’ competence, internal control systems, and
the use of information technology on the quality of village financial reports in Kuningan Regency. Using
a qualitative interpretative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and
documentation. The results show that officials’ competence is the dominant factor influencing report
reliability. Internal control systems support accountability but are not yet fully effective, while the use
of Siskeudes improves efficiency though constrained by human and infrastructure limitations. The study
concludes that enhancing report quality requires synergy between competence, internal control, and
effective technology use.
